Open88 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Rules Guide for Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and open88 ("Platform", "We" or "open88") governing your use of our online entertainment platform, accessible via open88-khelo.com and all its sub-domains, mobile applications and related services.

• Not currently under an account suspension or permanent ban imposed by open88 due to prior terms violations.

• All bets are considered valid once confirmed by the open88 system, and confirmations cannot be unilaterally reversed after a match has started.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the applicable odds, not the live odds during the match or the odds at the time the result is announced.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned before reaching the minimum play time (typically 70 minutes for football), all pre-match bets will be fully refunded. In-play bets are settled based on the score at the time the match was interrupted.
• A parlay is only valid if all selected legs are independent matches. Placing a parlay on matches whose outcomes are correlated or dependent on one another is not permitted.

Open88 takes reasonable steps to detect and prevent suspicious betting or winning syndicates. The open88 VIP Rewards Programme consists of five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite and Diamond. Tier eligibility is determined by cumulative deposits and is subject to the following conditions:

• VIP tiers are determined by cumulative deposits from the date of registration. Tiers are upgraded automatically once the cumulative deposit threshold is reached.
• To maintain a VIP tier, members must meet a minimum monthly deposit that varies by tier — from RM 200 per month for Silver up to RM 8,000 per month for Diamond.
• VIP weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses from Monday to Sunday and credited every Monday. A net win in any given week does not qualify for cashback for that week.
• All VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable to another account or individual.

Open88 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:

• Registering or operating more than one open88 account simultaneously or consecutively with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions or betting limits.
• Using any automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to access or play on the open88 platform without written authorisation.
• Exploiting technical errors, incorrectly displayed odds or system bugs. Winnings resulting from such situations may be voided by open88.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the open88 platform, including making repeated deposits and withdrawals without meaningful betting activity.
• Colluding with other players in any way that alters match outcomes or grants any party an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.

An open88 account may be closed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• At the member's own request — you may close your account at any time by contacting the open88 support team.
• At open88's discretion where a breach of these Terms has been confirmed following an investigation.

• Upon instruction from a relevant authority or court order.

When an account is closed at the member's own request with no violations involved, any valid remaining balance will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days via the original payment method. Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for refund.

For account closures initiated by open88 due to a terms violation, the refund decision is based on an internal investigation and depends on the severity of the breach. open88 will notify you of the investigation outcome via your registered email.

Open88 strives to ensure the platform operates stably and consistently. However, we are not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from device failure or internet connectivity issues on the member's end during an active gaming session.
• Betting or game outcomes that have been officially confirmed by the open88 system.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the open88 platform.

Open88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Open88 takes our social responsibility seriously. Our platform provides the following tools to help members play responsibly:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that members can set themselves through their account settings.
• Daily and weekly loss limits to control the amount you can lose within a given period.
• A temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days that can be activated immediately through your account.
• Long-term self-exclusion options ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion, which fully removes access to the open88 platform.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms must first be referred to good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. Should negotiation fail to resolve the dispute, the matter will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
